Adult Family Homes
A home-like living arrangement for adults who are unable to live independently but can function with minimum supervision and protection.

Adult Protective Services

Chore and Home Care Services
Includes housekeeping, personal care, laundry, food preparation and essential shopping

Day Services Helps
Provide adult day care outside the home or in-home supervision allowing the main caregiver to work.

Home-Delivered and Congregate Meals
Preparation of nourishing meals delivered to a person's home or served in a dining facility.
